Summit 2012 Frequently Asked Questions

1. I attended last year’s summit, but did not receive my CME hours. Who can I talk to about this? Please contact our accreditation service at   www.pesgce.com

3. Will there be CEUs/CMEs offered? And how much?  20 plus CEUs/CMEs will be offered.
4. I have applied for the 2012 scholarship, but did so when I registered at 2011. How can I find my confirmation number? Select “Already Registered” on the summary page. You must enter the email address you used to register for the conference. Follow the instruction on the page and select “Confirmation Number”.  You will receive an email with the number.
5. Will there be confirmation sent if you are among the 600 who qualify for the 3 night’s hotel scholarship? Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating your request was received.  Once your information completes the approval process, you will receive a Scholarship award letter by email.
6.  Do I apply for the scholarship separately?  The scholarship is part of the online registration process.
7. Will I be considered for PVA's scholarship if my registration fee is not paid in full?  Your application will not be reviewed until your registration fee is paid in full.
8. What if I am not granted the given scholarship and cannot attend, can I still be reimbursed the $100 registration fee?  Yes, you may be reimbursed.
9. What if I qualify for a scholarship and later must cancel for unforeseen reasons, will I be reimbursed the registration fee?   This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
10. Is there a designated conference hotel?  Paris Las Vegas is the designated conference hotel.
11. What are the conference dates?  The conference will be held August 28 – 30, 2012. 
12. What is the group rate?  The group rate is $99 per night plus 12% tax.
13. What is included in PVA’s scholarship?  This year, the scholarship will cover 3 nights’ hotel stay at the Paris Las Vegas.
14. What is the reservations procedure?  Hotel reservations must be made within 14 days of notification of scholarship. Hotel reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 877-603-4389 and use group code SPPVA2.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax.
15. When will my credit card be charged?  Your credit card will be charged upon initial completion of your reservation.
16. If I choose to stay at another hotel, will PVA reimburse me for the hotel?  PVA has established a block of rooms at Paris Las Vegas and will not reimburse or provide credit for any other hotel.
17. If I choose to share my room with another scholarship recipient, how is the scholarship applied?   The scholarship applies to the room nights only. So, in the case of a room share one (1) scholarship is applied to the room.
