Retired Veteran Still Has Troops’ Backs
When Rich Brooks retired from the Army in 2005 after 27 years of service, he didn’t turn his back on the men and women who are still serving in the military and making personal sacrifices for the country. Instead, he found a way to help wounded warriors find employment and fulfilling lives after catastrophic injuries ended their tours of duty.

On October 29-31, 2010, The Rack of Memphis was home once again to the Mid-South PVA 9 Ball RACK Championship. This year, this tournament was Event #2 of the PVA/NWPA National Wheelchair Billiards Tournament Series Season 5. The field consisted of 14 players from around the country.

Despite temperatures nearing 102 degrees and a heat index soaring higher, the PVA Racing Team and several other handcycle racers competed in the July 24th Grandview Grand Prix Criterium which is an annual cycling event in Lancaster, PA.
