32nd National Veterans Wheelchair Games will be held in Richmond, VA, June 25-30, 2012.

The hotels listed below are the official athletics hotels for this event.

Team Hotel Assignments

The following teams are assigned to the Hilton Garden Inn, 501 E. Broad St., Richmond, VA 23219. Phone:  804-344-4300.

The following teams are assigned to the Omni Richmond, 100 South 12th St., Richmond, VA 23219. Phone: 804-344-7000.

The following teams are assigned to the Crowne Plaza, 555 East Canal St., Richmond, VA 23219. Phone: 804-788-0900.

Reservation Process:  Reservations must be made by contacting Donna LaBelle at Crowne Plaza Richmond (804-344-2998) or donnal@smi-hotelgroup.com and reference National Veterans Wheelchair Games. Forms located below.

If you are not affiliated with a team, reservations can be made at either the Omni or Crowne Plaza by following the reservation process listed above.

Room Rate:

Rooms are $112 per night plus tax (based on double occupancy).  Reservations must be made by Monday, April 30th. If you require a cot, the cost is $25 a night.  Porterage Fee $8 per person per room.

Team Billing: 

• To set-up a direct bill account, a minimum $6,000 line of credit is required and must be received by March 30th to process the application. 
• The forms are located online at www.pva.org/gameshotel (listed below).
• Credit card authorization should be completed on/or before May 4th.
