Update Membership Information

Don't forget to notify us when your address changes. This is the only way to ensure you continue to receive the PN magazine and other important information from the national office and your local chapter. In addition, we would appreciate new phone numbers and email addresses. Update your information here.

Transferring Your Membership

Please keep in mind that if you move, you can transfer your membership to another chapter (although this is not required). PVA has 34 chapters across the United States and Puerto Rico that you may choose from. View all chapters.

After you select a new chapter, please follow these steps:

• Print out and complete the transfer application.
• Indicate your new chapter.
• Mail the completed application to:
