Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) is now accepting applications for the 2026 Academic Year Educational Scholarship Program. This program supports PVA members and their families in pursuing post-secondary education and advancing their future goals.

Application Deadline: May 15, 2026

PVA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for its members and their families. The Educational Scholarship Program helps achieve this goal by providing financial assistance to eligible students enrolled in accredited colleges and universities across the United States.

• $2,500 — Full-Time Students
• $1,000 — Part-Time Students

Applicants are encouraged to review the Scholarship Reviewer Rubric prior to submitting their application. The rubric provides helpful guidance on how submissions are evaluated and can assist applicants in preparing strong, thoughtful responses.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a PVA member, spouse, or unmarried dependent child under age 24 (as defined by IRS dependency guidelines)
• Be a United States citizen
• Be accepted and enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university

Previous scholarship recipients are welcome to apply; however, applicants are limited to receiving no more than two scholarships per lifetime.
